As a working mom, it has given me something I didn’t know I was missing—mindfulness, awareness, and the reminder that every part of our body deserves care. What I truly love is how the class flows: starting with gentle movements, gradually building into more intense postures, and finally easing into calming cool-down poses—all beautifully packed into just one hour. By the end, I feel recharged, balanced, and full of energy to carry through the rest of my day. Great experience .. Marudham mam is excellent at teaching yoga..I am her student from morning batch (6 to 7 am).. She incorporates Asanas concentrating each part of the body step by step.. I really enjoy the feel of becoming light with each yoga posture.. I could see visible result with just a month of practising yoga .. From the very first call, she patiently listened to the issues I was facing and gave a positive, realistic response — no fake promises, just one clear commitment: consistency is the key to change. Under her guidance, I've started noticing real improvements. I now have better control over my posture while driving and working — i.e less slouching! I can climb two to three flights of stairs with much less palpitations. My hip flexibility has improved, and I can now sit in a deep squat for 30 seconds — something that felt impossible earlier. In every class I learn more about myself. It’s very helpful for me to understand my mind and body while doing yoga. The way she teaches each yoga asanas is really amazing. She gives us deep knowledge about what we are doing in yoga and what are the benefits we are experiencing while doing so. Great work, keep going. Her teaching style is both calming and empowering. What I appreciate most is how she corrects everyones posture individually, breathwork and the details in each aasanas. Very friendly approach and creates a warm environment. The meditation sessions are extremely therapeutic.
